Below is a list of the Phantom
Smoker Stories & Reviews that have been submitted to the GNESO.
Each month, one of our "Phantom
Smokers" will visit a shop as a typical customer and report
their findings here. The ratings will be on a scale of 1 to 5
smoke rings, with five being the best and of course 1 being the
worst.
Note: We WILL NOT slander a shop or location. All we will
print is the truth based on the "Phantom Smoker's"

The
first thing I noticed about Twins was the location.
It is right off of Interstate 93, which provided easy access
for those of you that may want to visit from afar.
The parking was a little difficult, but not too bad.
I was greeted as I walked into the door and felt as if I have
been coming here for years. The
store, although small, had a very nice selection of cigars – one
of the better selections I have seen in the smaller stores I have
visited. The staff was
very knowledgeable and helpful.
The atmosphere is great!
It is a very comfortable shop to visit and to spend some time
in. The walls are lined
with humidor cabinets. I
also found out that Kurt, the owner, has some stock that is stored
elsewhere, so if you do not see what you are looking for – just
ask.
Twins
provides a small sitting room that you can use to enjoy a cigar
there. The staff spent
some time with me talking about cigars and plans for the store.
Kurt has intentions of expanding and this should be done in
the very near future. He
also mentioned to me that they do provide mail order services and
that you will be able to order online in the very near future.
There is a coffee machine in the store and they also have an
assortment of soft drinks that you can purchase.
One
thing that really impressed me was the amount of customers that came
in during the 1 ½ hours that I was there.
Each customer was greeted with a smile and you could tell
that the staff really enjoy taking care of the customer.
This was very impressive and really stood out.
Twins
is a very comfortable place to be.
The store decorated with a lot of smoking-related antiques
and memorabilia. By the
time I was ready to leave, I felt extremely comfortable – like I
was part of the family. I
will be going back and I highly encourage you to drop in if you are
ever in the area.
