 31 May each year is celebrated World No Tobacco Day. People spend annually on cigarettes, about 16 billion euros. The problem with smokers is that harm not only themselves but also the environment, and the best way to stop smoking is to get to the reasons that make cigarette smokers is associated with the moment ... relaxation and calm - stress, tension, hurry, poor organization, perform unnecessary operations and wasting time on trifles - CHANGE WAY OF LIFE ... Without such motivation medical, religious, and financial and legal restrictions appear to be too weak ...When people die of hunger, are occupied arable land under cultivation of tobacco - one of the many manifestations of bad organization of society, manifested in an unhealthy way of life, nutrition, leisure activities, lack of access to knowledge and information, waste of resources, pollution, despite the progressive depletion overproduction ... One of the most serious public health risk factors, while possible, to change, is smoking. Despite awareness of the risk bearing behind it is very common habit found among the adult population, but particularly worrying is the prevalence of smoking among women, adolescents and even children. Epidemic diseases resulting from smoking is a major example of epidemiological changes over the last 30 years. Based on current knowledge, we know that smoking is causally related to the three major groups of diseases responsible for mortality.
