FIRST SECOND     Refresh Refresh GN, $17.99 HOUGHTON MIFFLIN COMPANY     Best American Comics 2009 HC, $22.00 WW NORTON     Book Of Genesis Illustrated By Robert Crumb HC, $24.95 I was lucky enough to get a copy 2 weeks ago. IT IS FANTASTIC. Crumb manages to structure all the stories in Genesis, so it becomes clear who is who and who they are related to. Prepare yourself for lots of sex and violence, but nothing too graphical. A comic, a magazine, a graphic novel and an anthology. Nice mixed week, although no manga.
